| Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach (part-time)

Job Description:
The part-time Assistant Coach in Women's Lacrosse assists the Head Coach with instructing Emmanuel College student-athletes in an attempt to fully maximize their potential, while supporting the mission of the college. Responsibilities include coaching, recruiting, and scouting. Other responsibilities include promoting Emmanuel programs, and active participation in community service activities. Ability to relate and motivate effectively student-athletes is essential, as well as a demonstrated commitment to high academic standards, healthy lifestyles for student-athletes, demonstrated leadership skills, ability to manage team dynamics, and a commitment to NCAA regulations.
Requirements:
Baccalaureate degree required. Successful background in coaching women's lacrosse and playing experience preferred. The successful candidate should provide evidence of the ability to build a winning program consistent with the values of NCAA Division III and the mission of Emmanuel College.
