Job Description:
The Psychology Department at Emmanuel College invites applications at the Assistant Professor level for a full-time tenure track appointment in Experimental Psychology for the Fall of 2010. Candidates must possess a Ph.D. at the time of appointment and should have a strong interest in undergraduate education and research in a small liberal arts college environment. Candidates should ideally be able to teach a broad range of undergraduate courses including General Psychology, Quantitative Methods, Research Methods, and Experimental Psychology. Previous teaching experience of college-level courses is expected. Research area is open to any subfield of psychology, and the candidate would be expected to involved undergraduates in an active research program.
Requirements:
Ph.D. at time of appointment required.
Previous teaching experience at the college or university level and the ability to teach a broad range of undergraduate courses in Psychology are expected.
