Job Description:
Advise undergraduate liberal arts and science students, graduate students and alumni  
in all phases of their career development and assist with job/internship search implementation. Serve as the ICD Office Law School and Graduate School Advisor.  
 
Teach multiple sections of the required Pre-Internship and Career Planning course per semester (70+ students). Develop and present additional career programs to meet the diverse needs of student and alumni and market those events. Work collaboratively with employers, faculty, administrators, student organizations, alumni and consortium colleagues on programming.  
 
Utilize career management system to track opportunities, student and employer usage and career events. Assist with ICD website updates. Continually implement technologies to enhance office services and keep abreast of emerging trends. Provide the Director reports regarding office activities and professional endeavors.  
 
Expand job and internship opportunities through employer outreach and attend networking events. Build knowledge, contacts and resources and develop new opportunities. Assist the Director in representing Emmanuel College and the Office of Internships and Career Development at professional meetings on and off campus.

Requirements:
Masters degree required. Experience in career advising and program management.  
Familiarity with online career assessment tools is preferred.  
 
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, organizational and marketing skills required. Ability to work collaboratively as a team member. Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks, manage priorities and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.  
 
Strong computer technology skills; career management systems knowledge (Nacelink Symplicity, CSO, Experience, etc), Microsoft Office, Access, Internet research proficiency and social media technologies.
