Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of Data Services, the successful candidte will be responsible for writing and producing all regular and ad hoc reports for all aspects of the Alumni Relations and Development programs. He or she will also be responsible for reconciling, on a monthly and annual basis, all gifts and pledges with financial records in the College's Business Office. In addition, as a member of the Information Technology team, the Manager will participate in discussions regarding improved services to the AR&D group, and will be active in all BlackBaud software maintenance and upgrades.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a well-organized self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple projects and events. He or she must be customer service oriented, a good problem solver, and must be able to interpret and translate staff needs into Raiser's Edge reports. A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of experience in the field required. Experience with Raiser's Edge database system and Crystal Reports is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
